The article presents information on the stucco case filed by Sun City Summerlin homeowners and homeowner associations against Del Webb, Pulte Homes and other subcontractors in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2008. It is reported that the Nevada Supreme Court ruled against the motion by Del Webb and subcontractor Anse. The firms' lawyers argued that the state law only applies to the original home purchasers. It is inferred that $4 million award from the companies was given to a number of plaintiffs.
