ABSTRACT
The article offers tips on how to help ease boiler-replacement effort. Before replacement embarks, it is essential to formulate a preliminary project schedule at the start of a boiler-replacement project and hire a professional with knowledge of the overall procedures be involved in the scheduling process. Other important processes should be taken before the replacement include space plan, right choice of fuel, maximization of energy efficiency, safety, and environmental permit.
