ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the need to update boiler systems to save energy and money associated with the utilization of hybrid systems in the U.S. Environmental issues and the need to reduce costs concurrently with the struggle to remain competitive impact many commercial buildings that are using boilers. An expectation of minimum energy savings of some percent will not change high supply temperatures during design-day conditions with the utilization of hybrid systems.
