All-solar subdivision debuts in Summerlin

The article reports on the unveiling of the first all-solar new-home tract inside Pulte Homes' Villa Trieste subdivision in Summerlin, Las Vegas Valley, Nevada on January 10, 2009. The homes inside the subdivision will feature solar arrays and dashboards which are said to allow homeowners to monitor their power use. The dwellings are priced from the mid-$200,000s. A $7 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy has been received by Pulte for the solar home project.
