ABSTRACT
The article presents an update on the real estate business in Las Vegas, Nevada as of January 2009. A report from the Southern Nevada chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) found that the industry market is losing ground to rival cities due to high development costs. It mentions the $4 million Rampart trail project of Diamond Construction. A 10-year, $2.2 million lease for 43,748 square feet worth of industrial space was signed by Iron Mountain Information Management.
