The study presents a case of a 12 year boy with a recurrent juvenile angiofibroma, in whom atypical circulation was formed after a surgical tumor resection with ligation of external carotic artery. Tumor recurrences were treated twice surgically and improvement of the therapy was observed. Diagnostic problems and methods of treatment of juvenile angiofibroma recurrence in cases of atypical vascularization are discussed.
