He is still optimistic with the economy and believes that the financial markets will rebound in 2010. One of his projects is the five-building Coronado Office Park at Saint Rose Parkway with Petersen Construction as the contractor and Yiliong Liu & Associates as architect. He is also developing office parks at the Rainbow Boulevard and Beltway.
