ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the decision of real estate developer Roland Sansone to pursue his $206.8 million projects in Las Vegas, Nevada under his company Sansone Development despite of the declining economy. He is still optimistic with the economy and believes that the financial markets will rebound in 2010. One of his projects is the five-building Coronado Office Park at Saint Rose Parkway with Petersen Construction as the contractor and Yiliong Liu & Associates as architect. He is also developing office parks at the Rainbow Boulevard and Beltway.
