This article reports on the move of international law firm Clifford Chance to offer maternity coaching to its staff in Great Britain in 2008. The offering would help working mothers to perform better both in the office and at home. The firm noticed some new mothers were working fewer chargeable hours after returning from maternity leave, making it difficult for them to rebuild client relationships.
