ABSTRACT
This article a country risk forecast for Peru. It says that there is 55% chance for the current government to survive within the next five years and international businesses have moderate risk level for the same period. The growth in gross domectic product is expected to average at 5.5% between 2009 and 2013 and inflation in at 2.8% within the same period. It explains that President Alan Garcia has been unable to improve his popularity among rural inhabitants because of his failure to make good on his promise to improve living standards.
