Hino Trucks, Chevrolet lead field in customer satisfaction survey

The article reports that Hino Trucks and Chevrolet rank highest in terms of customer satisfaction, according to the J. D. Power and Associates 2008 Medium-Duty Truck Customer Satisfaction Study. Four factors were measured in the survey to determine overall satisfaction. The survey also indicated the intent of customers to purchase or lease new medium-duty trucks.
