ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the ways of sorting and grading field effect transistors (FETs). It explores the different methodologies employed in the sorting and grading of FETs and the use of various applications in doing the processes including the simple schematic that was built on a solderless prototyping board to test a wide range of FETs. The author also examines a method of sorting and grading FETs through the use of basic test equipment.
