The article analyzes the right actions that pharmaceutical sales representatives should employ on issues about the stability of their careers and the industry in which they work. Sales representatives should aim for higher levels of excellence in a turbulent and uncertain business climate through focusing on their purpose while achieving company's objectives. They should not panic because panic is not a strategy and it only leads to fear, chasing and believing every negative rumor.
