ABSTRACT
The article reports that the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is open to public comment on the proposed changes to its Endorsement Guides Review. Comments from Mary Engle, associate director for advertising practices at FTC, are included. The new guidelines will address the use of tesitmonials and non-conventional advertising.
