The article discusses the Kyle Canyon Gateway master plan to build a casino at the gateway to Mount Charleston and Kyle Canyon along U.S. Highway 95 and the anti-casino advocates against it. Clark County Commissioner Chris Giunchigliani reportedly revealed that an unnamed developer in negotiations to take over the 1,712-acre Kyle Canyon Gateway master plan from the Focus Property Group has suggested that it would not build a casino.
