ABSTRACT
The article reports on the new plan by global financial services firm Morgan Stanley. The firm has decided to build a data center in northern Scotland sustained by underwater turbines that support power from the ebb and flow of the North Sea's tides. Morgan Stanley opted for Scotland as it offers a great venue for a power plant, except for the fact that less people live there and the cables that would transmit power away from the area are overloaded.
