ABSTRACT
The article reports on the annual National Service Officers (NSO) Continuing Education Program held at the Sheraton Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah on October 8-11, 2008. The event, hosted by the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) Veterans Benefit Department, was attended by about 80 NSO to improve their skills and learn new legal and regulatory changes that affect PVA members.
