ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the increase in the number of kidnapping incidents in Mexico. Greg Bangs, vice president of Chubb & Son, has warned people about the danger of traditional tourist attracitions that have become a kidnapping spot. In this connection, the risks associated with studying and traveling abroad have increased the academic market for kidnap and ransom coverage.
