ABSTRACT
Introduction: leiomyomas are common neoplasms but infrequent in the breast. Material and methods: we report a case of mammary leiomyoma with an exceptional size. Results: The diagnosis of leiomyoma in the breast needs to rule out other tumours with smooth muscle. Conclusions: These tumours are treated by surgical excision.
