ABSTRACT
The article reports that David Whitney, former CEO of Max Machinery Inc., and Tim March, who had served as chief operating officer, have acquired the company's urethane processing equipment business and renamed the business Max Process Equipment LLC. Max Process Equipment will remain housed in the firm's old Healdsburg, California, facility under a lease agreement with Max Machinery.
