The article reports that EaglePicher Corp. has sold its Hillsdale Automotive LLC business to Cerlon LLC, putting the operation in the hands of a company that EaglePicher believes is an ideal strategic fit. Cerlon, headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan, acquired the automotive unit's assets, technology and custom manufacturing facilities in Hillsdale, Mount Pleasant, Vassar and Traverse City, Michigan, along with another factory in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
