ABSTRACT
The article discusses the need for employers to lighten the mood of their employees in times of economic crisis. When tough challenges present themselves, sweating is in fact the last thing that employers should be doing. When the stocks are down, employers should start having fun and there is some serious evidence to support this argument. According to the article, many people have best ideas when they are relaxed because their calm brain state allows them to access their subconscious and start making some new and different connections.
