Las Vegas Business Press (10712186);12/22/2008, Vol. 25 Issue 51, p16
The article reports the plan of World Jewelry Center, a major project at Union Park in Las Vegas, Nevada, to discard designs of almost 100 residential condominiums and further delay its opening. Bill Boyajian, managing director of the jewelry mart, said that the project will most likely be completed by 2012 after experiencing two delays in 2008. Developer and visionary Robert Zarnegin provided most of the funds for the supposed mixed-used development project that includes jewelry retail center and residential condominiums.
