ABSTRACT
The article reports that Station Casinos has provided Vince Eupierre, owner of Mancha Development Co., the opportunity to prove his theory that Denny's restaurants would do well in a casino environment. In October 2008, a Denny's replaced a 24-hour coffee shop inside the Fiesta Rancho of the casino operator. Eupierre reached an agreement with Station Casinos that Denny's will open by April 2009 at Wildfire casinos on Boulder Highway, Sunset Road and Rancho Road, at the Fiesta Henderson and at the Wild Wild West Casino, all in Las Vegas, Nevada.
