ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the meltdowns and implosions which resulted in a bad 2008 in the U.S. The author said that 2008 was the year of the subprime mortgage meltdown due to the greed of the banking industry. It is said that people have some things to be thankful for even in a bad year such as their health and sanity.
