ABSTRACT
The article presents an overview of the life and writings of Theodor Seuss Geisel, who became famous for his line of Dr. Seuss children's books. A discussion of the moral lessons that are contained in many of Seuss' books, and of the lessons that marketers in 2008 can learn from Seuss' books, is presented. The importance of having marketers utilize the lessons that are contained in Seuss' books, including practicing what they preach, saying what they mean and meaning what they say, and doing what they love and loving what they do, is discussed.
