The article focuses on the branding techniques and excellence of employees that have been responsible for the Mayo Clinic developing and maintaining an excellent quality of care and excellent reputation among consumers. A discussion of the history of the Mayo Clinic, and of the loyalty of the clinic's 500,000 patients in the U.S., is presented. The unique services and quality care that is available at the Mayo Clinic locations throughout the U.S. are examined. The methods that the clinic uses to ensure that its quality of care and reputation remain excellent are discussed.
