ABSTRACT
The article presents the findings on the lung biopsy of two homozygotic twins delivered by caesarean method. The twins' lung biopsy provides evidence showing a congenital surfactant deficiency. The patients are suggested to undertake a hydroxychloroquine treatment due to its possible effective benefits.
