Delta-Energy gets grant for oil, carbon black unit

According to Bill Cole, vice president at Delta-Energy, $1.5 million came from the Pennsylvania Governor's budget, $500,000 from the Pennsylvania Senate, and $500,000 from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
