ABSTRACT
The article presents a conversation between two senior managers in a board room in Leeds, England. The topics discussed by the managers include the need to be candid, respecting one's suggestion and arriving an agreable consensus. The author notes that though the managers had conflicting opinions, both men resolved the issues on hand in amicable manner.
