Virage Logic launches bid to acquire LogicVision

The article reports on the progress of the plan of Virage Logic Corp. to acquire LogicVision Inc. in the U.S. Accordingly, the management of Virage Logic Corp. has already sent correspondence to the board of directors of LogicVision Inc. offering to buy the company's stock for about $10 million. LogicVision Inc., however, is hesitant to take the offer, which made Virage to appeal to its shareholder, citing the company's share price for the last 12 months.
