Allure may face beefier court complaint

The article reports that plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit filed against Allure Las Vegas in September 2008 are planning to amend the case to recover losses from the developer for construction defects. According to attorney Scott Burdman, the amendments would include seeking of compensation for the defects and loss of use of the condo units and loss of enjoyment by 37 owners.
