ABSTRACT
The article reports that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Dr. U. D. Choubey, chairman and managing director at GAIL (India) Ltd., and Sarthak Behuria, chairman of Indian Oil Corp. Ltd. (IOCL). It states that this MoU allows both parties to work together in the area of petrochemicals, which includes exploration of the possibility of setting up a cracker complex at Barauni in India. It looks at the duties of each company concerning this exploration.
