The article identifies the kind of distribution systems that independent agents are looking for. Senior analyst Jeff Goldberg of Celent says that the continued ease of use and greater efficiency distribution systems is the general consensus nowadays for agents. It is noted that agents are trying to move to an electronic approach where they eliminate paper and automate processing wherever possible.
