ABSTRACT
The article presents the factors that an organization might need a software as a service (SaaS). It states that a company might be a good candidate for SaaS if the employees have to access certain documents, customers and vendors need access to documents, and if it has a minimal information technology (IT) staff. In connection, the article also provide the factors that an organization might not need an SaaS.
