Real estate investor Martin Kaye plans to convert the Cambodian and western Vietnamese coast into a holiday spot. Kaye has also won a commitment from the Cambodian government for a project to develop the Koh Rung island in Cambodia. Sokha Hotel Co. plans to build a 500-room resort in Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
