ABSTRACT
An overview of the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industry is presented. Mike Beesley, managing director of RPO provider Resource Management, says there have been no big changes in hiring volumes and organisations are more eager to talk to them. According to analyst Helen Neale of Nelson Hall, the worldwide RPO market will continue to expand by around 17 percent a year until 2012. Although Asia-Pacific is the fastest-growing market, at around 20 percent a year, Europe--dominated by Great Britain-- is also healthy.
