ABSTRACT
This article discusses a study on the association between career progression and sexuality in Great Britain. Conducted by Stonewall, the study suggests that being a woman is a greater barrier to career progression than being gay. It notes that most lesbians are not willing to out themselves in the workplace because they already feel at a disadvantage being a woman.
