KFS partners with private equity group

The article reports that a private equity group based in Memphis, Tennessee has partnered with and invested $25 million in large fleet maintenance provider Kelley Fleet Services LLC (KFS). KFS was organized in 1999 and is headquartered in Mission Viejo, California. The funds will allow KFS to grow within the North American fleet maintenance and services market. KFS will be able to expand within the private fleet market and pursue select municipal market opportunities.
