The article presents the manual of the Personal Excellence Plan which is the centerpiece of the Personal Excellence Performance System. The manual consists of three phases, namely, vision, performance and support. Each phase contains exercises designed to help the individual achieve success in the three primary roles he plays by integrating the eight dimensions which include service, and the physical, mental, emotional, professional, financial, social and inspirational aspects of his life.
