The article reports on the proposal of Poju Zabludowicz, chief executive officer (CEO) and chairman of Tamares Group, to construct a 23,000 square feet contemporary art museum in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. It states that this plan, with WPH Architecture as the designer, would convert a 40-year-old brick building into the new Las Vegas Museum of Contemporary Art.
