ABSTRACT
The article reports the view of managing director of the Las Vegas, Nevada office of Fennemore Craig John Mowbray on the reimbursement of loans. Mowbray said that the real estate boom in 2003 and 2004, made the reimbursement of loans including attorney fees easy. According to Mowbray, the financial crisis in 2008 is a different story whereas one has a good, prime property but during the auction block, only 70 or 80 percent is reimbursed.
