ABSTRACT
The article reports on the merger of Impress Communications and Ferraro Group. According to Holly Silvestri, the owner of the Impress Communications, the union of these publicity agencies, is a matter of joining somebody they thought was compatible. Greg Ferraro, who will own 70 percent of the merged entity, says he sees great value in bringing these two firms together. It states that the combined firm will have 12 employees, seven from Impress and five from Ferraro.
