Chavez is claiming for his condominium purchase, attorneys fees, and for his "Review-Journal" advertisement to rent out his previous home. He claims that the advertisement was wasted as the condominium was not finished on time. Sahara first sued Chavez for interfering with its attempts to sell units to other buyers.
