West expands ready-to-sterilize product line

The article reports that West Pharmaceutical Services Inc. has added another product to its Westar line of ready-to- sterilize seals and stoppers. According to Fran DeGrazio, the company's vice president of marketing, West launched its Westar RS Lined Seals in October 2008 to customers in North America. The lined seals, made of butyl or butyl blends are used to secure drug components in cartridges or vials.
