The article discusses the sixth annual awarding of the 10,000 € Thuringia Library Prize to the State Library of Weimar at the October 2008 Library Conference in Mühlhausen, Germany. The State Library's project "Capturing Knowledge" involved the joint work of new libraries in engaging tenth graders of Weimar gymnasiums (high schools). Two runner-up awards are also described.
