ABSTRACT
The article reports that the American Home Furnishings Alliance (AHFA) has added the Furniture Finder feature in its Web site, which seeks to help furniture makers meet the needs of shoppers who research their purchases online in the U.S. The feature allows Internet users conduct detailed product searches from an expansive, multi-brand, digital catalog. However, e-commerce as a distribution channel for home furnishings remains unpopular.
