In this article, certain retailers and sales associates share some of their compelling ideas to drive retail bedding sales. John Work, Mattress Barn, Melbourne, Florida, stays focused on the fundamentals, one of which is asking for the sale. Kurt Ling, president of Customer Kinetics, a customer experience firm, makes the link between a good mattress and better sleep by asking consumers how a good mattress helps.
