Long-Term Care System Hosts Chef's Competition

The article reports on the Taste of Benedictine Health System chef's competition held by the Benedictine Health System in Duluth, Minnesota. Administrators of the long-term care system, along with local food critics, sampled 33 of the chefs' best recipes, judging them on taste, presentation and ease of preparation. Rich Daehm, director of the Benedictine Health System's Nutritional Centers of Excellence program, stated that the event was to kick off the goal to increase satisfaction scores.
