ABSTRACT
The article reports on the success of the Renuva technology of Dow Chemical Co. The technology is used in the creation of foams from renewable natural oils and its success is based on the increasing demand for greener products in the polyurethane industry. The Renuva technology uses soybean oil to make polylos used in foams and is currently being used by several bedding producers like the companies Ecoflex, Eurospuma, and Isbir.
