The article profiles on David Webb's activism for regulatory reforms in the Lehman Minibond collapse. It notes when Lehman Brothers Holdings filed for bankruptcy had caused its structured financial products marketed as minibonds or pyrix notes sold to Hong Kong and Singapore which resulted to many retail complaints. In response,Webb outlines three steps to put regulation of structured products on a proper basis which includes on echoing the common complaints in the mutual funds industry.
